Mango lassi
This is my dad’s easy peasy recipe for a really delish Indian drink – the perfect post curry treat to help soothe fiery taste buds! Mango lassi also very nice as a breakfast smoothie and it’s full of vitamins from the mango.
- 400ml milk (plus or minus 100mls depending on how thick you like it)
- 300ml greek yoghurt
- 400ml of canned mango pulp
- Pop all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until well combined. Try it – if you want it a bit thinner, add more milk. It should be drinkable through a straw but my dad likes his a bit thicker than that! :)
- Serve! Best when chilled.
