Chili Cheese Dip
This is a really easy peasy scrummy recipe that I picked up when I lived in Canada! Perfect with corn chips (like Doritos), bread sticks and toasted pitta breads. My mum likes to serve it with crackers. Heck, I’d eat it on its own with a spoon. It’s quite rich so it’s not for the faint of heart… Serves 4-6...
